The large LIVING ROOM, with sliding glass doors on the front and east side, has a large, comfortable sofa and loveseat. There is another smaller side chair that can be easily moved around the room. The classic décor and incredible views will make your stay one that you will always remember! Kick back and watch the big flat screen TV with numerous cable channels, including a bunch of free HBO channels. Obviously there’s a remote that can switch channels from anywhere in the room. And there’s a DVD player so you can watch your favorite movies. Logon to the internet – the service is free! - and see what band is playing at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Walk out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors on the front AND side. Relax and listen to the waves, or have breakfast on the balcony while you make plans for the day. See who can spot the dolphins first on their morning swim.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable king size bed and luxury bathroom suite. Like the living room, it is classic, elegant, and spacious. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach where, once again, you can walk out onto the balcony directly from your bedroom. You have your own TV and DVD player hidden away in your armoire.  There’s plenty of space in the HUGE walk-in closet. The private master bath has 2 sinks, an oversized garden tub, and a separate shower.

The SECOND BEDROOM is bright and colorful, with a comfortable Queen size bed and plenty of closet space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway - catch up on your favorite book, watch cable on the 20” flat screen TV, or pop in that movie you never caught at the theatre. Check out the large window above the bed, facing east. The 2nd bathroom is private.

The THIRD BEDROOM is ideal for the little ones.  It features two twin beds, a separate closet, and of course their own large TV and DVD player. The shared 3rd bathroom, right around the corner, is a FULL BATH as well.

The open gourmet KITCHEN has a ton of light, and has great views all around. It has a beautiful wrap-around granite counter top with attractive cabinets and appliances. The bar is enormous! Whether it’s for coffee and frozen waffles, warming up leftovers from Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, or your own version of fettuccini alfredo (with shrimp from the local seafood market!) – you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. Bar seating makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal, and the bar is a great place to serve appetizers and cocktails.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, plus 4 bar stools so the family can share meals, talk about the ‘one that got away’ while fishing off the Dan Russell Pier, and plan tomorrow’s excursion. (Shell Island, anyone?) There is a large window facing east in the dining area.

The LAUNDRY has a full size washer and dryer, for all those shorts, swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

The 3 bedrooms allow this fantastic condominium to sleep 6 comfortably and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for those teen-agers that like to stay up all night and watch movies.
