The LIVING ROOM has a large, comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. It faces a 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player, which can be completely hidden away in a beautiful entertainment center. There’s an extra large, comfy armchair across from the sofa – a perfect setup for conversation. There’s a big coffee table and large area rug to finish up the luxurious feel. By the way, this condo has tile floors throughout.

As with all our condominiums, this one comes with premium cable, including several free HBO channels. There’s a stereo system to listen to during dinner. Surf the web - ALL our units come with free high speed internet service – and see what time happy hour starts at Sharky’s Beach Club. Walk out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Take a nap in the chaise lounger, or share a bottle of wine as you watch a spectacular sunset. Have breakfast on the balcony and decide how much, or how little, you want to do that day.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable king size bed and private bath. Like the living room, it has a warm, comfortable décor. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room, along with a 2nd DVD player. Close the doors to the beautiful armoire to forget there’s a TV in the room. Underneath the TV are drawers and there’s a large closet, so plenty of storage for luggage, swimsuits, and shoes. There’s a comfortable armchair next to the sliding glass doors – a great spot to curl up with a good book. Walk out onto the balcony for a little stargazing before you call it a day. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach. The private master bath has 2 sinks and an oversized JETTED corner tub, with a separate walk in shower. The toilet is in a room to itself.

The private BUNK ROOM has a double bed, and beautiful mirrored armoire for hanging clothes and duffle bag storage. This room is perfect for a single adult, or 2 little girls who spend way too much time giggling over the cute boy on the beach. (You don’t care – you can shut the door. There are no ‘bunks in the hall’ at Sunrise Beach Resort.) There’s a wall mounted TV and DVD player in the bunk room as well.

The open gourmet KITCHEN looks out over the water, and features beautiful, dark granite counter tops with attractive wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Whether your idea of cooking is frozen pizza, Emeril’s Seafood Okra Gumbo, or takeout from Sandbar Seafood and Deli - you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus three bar stools for additional seating.

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
