Don't miss the Nature's Gallery Fall Festival - a family oriented festival offering something for all ages and interests! Visitors can combine Christmas shopping in our Artists Market with the fun of a day in the park.
In the Civil War encampment, soldiers and their families prepare meals and perform daily chores. Visitors can observe demonstrations of the artillery, medical treatment, fashion, music and dance of the era. History comes alive as our primitive craftspeople make candles, baskets, brooms or lace, cook over open fires, and do blacksmithing demonstrations.
At the Native American exhibit you may see drumming or dancing. You may be welcomed into a tepee to hear old stories.
Our wildlife exhibits have native birds from Big Bend Wildlife Center, and touch tanks with critters from the bay and reptiles to touch from ZooWorld.
Children can produce their own works of art or have their faces painted in the children's art tent.
Art and science exhibits created by our local students are on display for all to enjoy.
The Nature's Gallery Fall Festival takes place in late October at the St Andrew's State Park (right click to open map in new window).
